Our catering option consists of two meats, three sides, one bread, and one dessert this usually would be priced around $14.95 per person plus tax. Beverages consist of (Sweetened Tea, Unsweetened Tea, and Lemonade) along with Ice. Most guests choose two beverages; however, you are not required to choose two. Bread options consist of Cornbread, Biscuits, Hushpuppies, and Rolls. Dessert options consist of Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, and Chocolate Pudding. If you wish to add paper goods to your order, this will be an additional charge per person plus tax.
If you choose to pick more than two meats, we charge an additional $2.00 per person for each meat added. If you choose more than three sides, we charge an additional $1.00 per person for each side added. Delivery will depend on availability for your chosen date. If the date you have chosen is available delivery fees will depend on the location of your event. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your event. This non-refundable deposit may be applied toward your bill. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery. If you choose to pay by check, please be aware that we no longer accept forms of payment on the day of your event. Your check must be delivered to our establishment and processed before any delivery can be completed. Please also be advised that catering orders will not be delivered unless the invoice has been paid in full prior to the event. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all payments are made in advance so we can provide timely and reliable service. Please also keep in mind that you are allowed one complimentary update to your invoice but any additional changes after that will result in a service charge of $20.00 for each additional order update. We have been forced to implement this rule as constant changes have become frequent and create challenges for our kitchen staff. Wedding Information
Servers
If you are inquiring about larger catering events or weddings and would like to receive pricing for servers to stay at your event this section will apply to you. The price for servers will consist of $150.00 per server for 3 hours. If you exceed 3 hours, it will be an additional $150.00 per server. Depending on the number of guests you have will determine how many servers you will need to hire for your event. Our servers oversee setting up food lines as well as refilling the line when food is low. In the past there has been confusion with server pricing. Example: if we are able to accommodate two servers and you want the servers there at 4:00pm to start the setup for your event that is when your time will start. The total fee for two servers for 3 hours will be $300.00. At 7:00pm this will exceed the 3-hour point, and you will be recharged $150.00 per server.
